Solutions · NDAs & commercial agreements

Get the NDA out of the way while the deal is still warm.

NDAs, MSAs, SLAs and supplier agreements shuffle between sales, procurement and legal for days — and every one of those days costs momentum. Send it with a signing order, get it back the same day, and hold a sealed original either side can verify for free.

No credit card to start — Personal plan included.

Move at deal speed

Counterparties sign from any device, in the order you set, usually the same day. No printing, no couriers, no "our MD is travelling this week".

A sealed original

Every completed agreement carries a certification signature, a SHA-256 fingerprint and an independent timestamp. A "signed" PDF sitting in an inbox proves none of that.

Squarely inside the ECT Act

Ordinary commercial agreements are exactly what electronic signatures were made for. The Act's wet-ink exclusions live elsewhere — wills, property transfers — not in your sales cycle.

What teams sign

The commercial paper that actually crosses your desk

Sales, procurement and partnerships all run on the same stack of agreements. All of it signs electronically, with the order enforced:

4. Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" means any information disclosed by either party, whether orally or in writing, that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure.

You've signed · counterparty's turn
  • Mutual & one-way NDAsSigned before the first real conversation, not three days after it.
  • Master service agreementsThe framework agreement, executed once and relied on for years.
  • Service level agreementsUptime, response times and penalties — signed by both sides, sealed once.
  • Supplier & procurement agreementsOnboard suppliers with a signing order and a sealed record per supplier.
  • Memoranda of understandingGet intent on paper while the fine print is still being negotiated.
  • Partnership & reseller agreementsMulti-party signing with the order enforced — nobody signs out of turn.
  • Statements of work & renewalsThe repeat paper that templates and bulk send were made for.
Why it holds up

Signed fast is good. Provable later is the point.

Verifiable

The sealed original beats a "signed" PDF

Anyone can claim a PDF was signed. Your counterparty can prove yours was: they drop the file at /verify and check the certification signature, the SHA-256 fingerprint and the independent timestamp themselves — free, no KuduDoc account, no taking your word for it. Or ours. One caveat we'd rather you heard from us: our certification signature is self-signed, so Adobe Reader shows its validity as "unknown" rather than a green tick. That's about whose certificate it is, not whether the file changed — we explain the difference in full.

Templates and bulk send for the agreements you send weekly

Save the NDA as a shared template and send it in seconds — or bulk-send one agreement to a whole supplier list, with each recipient getting their own envelope and their own audit trail. Templates and bulk send start on Family; the number of templates you can keep rises with the plan — 10 on Family, 25 on Professional, unlimited on Business. Personal cannot use either.
