Personal is your own papers. Family is the household step — five people, 10 sends, 10 templates and bulk send. Professional is you, your clients and a small team — unlimited sends, five team seats and 25 templates. Business is a larger operational team — ten seats, unlimited templates, API access and webhooks. The step is a capability, never a hidden charge. Enterprise is not a bigger plan — it is us building around you: your workflows, your templates, your employment documents, software written to your spec, and someone on call at any hour. That is why it is quoted per engagement rather than per seat.

A few things cost us money every time they run — asking questions of a document, reading a difficult scan, checking someone’s identity. Those come out of a credit balance instead of being bolted on as separately-priced extras, so the people who never use them are not paying for the people who do.
What each plan includes
Family gets 50 credits a month, Professional 150, Business 500. Personal includes none — signing, sealing and verifying never cost credits, but the AI and OCR tools will not run without them.
They run out. Nothing surprises you.
Your allowance arrives with your plan and simply stops when it is spent. No overage bill arrives at the end of the month for something you did not know you were doing. Buying extra credits on top is not open yet.
One balance, everything
AI answers and high-quality OCR on difficult scans draw on the same balance, and identity checks will when they land. Nothing to compare, nothing to price up per item.
Credits are consumed by AI answers and summaries, 400 DPI OCR for difficult scans, and
identity, Home Affairs and screening checks. Sealing, signing, storing and verifying a
document never cost credits — those are the product, and they are unlimited on every
plan.

Some things are free because they cost us almost nothing to give away. Some things cost money because they genuinely cost money to provide.
The free plan is real
Signing and PDF tools are cheap for us to run at small volume, so the free plan stays genuinely usable — not a crippled trial designed to push an upgrade in week one.
Some things cost us money every time
Asking an AI to read a forty-page lease, or running 400 DPI OCR over a bad scan, costs us real money per page. That is why they come out of a credit balance instead of being folded into everybody's monthly price. Identity and Home Affairs checks will work the same way once they are built — we have not published a per-check price, because we do not have one yet.
Nothing changes retroactively
Every document you've completed keeps its certification, fingerprint and timestamp exactly as it is, and stays freely verifiable at /verify — regardless of what plan you're on later.
