Yes, on Personal: it is free, with no card and no expiry date. It includes 5 sends a month with up to 3 signers per document, sealing, the Library and the Vault. KuduDoc signatures are ordinary electronic signatures under the ECT Act. Your signers sign from their link, with no account to make. Move to a paid plan when you need more sends or signers. To sign a PDF yourself, Personal is enough: sign a PDF free.
