Get the signed contract back before a candidate goes quiet.
Every day between "here's your offer" and "here's your signed contract" is a day a candidate can change their mind, or take a counter-offer. Send it, set the employer-then-employee signing order, and it usually comes back the same day — signed, sealed and dated.
No credit card to start — Personal plan included.
One offer, in and out the same day.
Upload the contract, place fields for the employer's signatory and the candidate, and set who signs first. Probation terms, start dates and every other clause land exactly where you placed them.
No printer, no post, no "I'll scan it tomorrow."
See how signing order works6. Probation Period
The Employee's employment is subject to a probation period of three months from the start date recorded above, during which either party may terminate this Agreement on one week's written notice. The Employer will confirm the outcome of probation in writing before it lapses.
Built for how offers actually get sent
-
Signing order enforcedSet employer-then-candidate or the reverse — KuduDoc won't let the second signature land before the first.
-
Nothing to print, scan or courierAn offer can go out and come back signed the same day, from a candidate's own phone.
-
Nothing left pending, silentlyAn unsigned contract simply stays pending — resend it, chase it, or void it, nothing is inferred either way.
-
Tamper-evident from completionEvery signed contract gets a certification signature, a SHA-256 fingerprint, and a timestamp anchored to Bitcoin within hours — checkable by anyone, free.
Before you send the next offer
Yes. Set the order signers must complete the contract in — employer's signatory first, then the candidate, or the other way round. KuduDoc enforces it: the second party can't sign until the first one has.
For an ordinary contract of employment, yes — electronic signatures are legally recognised in South Africa under the ECT Act, and employment contracts are not among the instruments its Schedule 2 excludes. Two limits are worth knowing. Where a statute itself demands a signature, section 13(1) is satisfied only by an advanced electronic signature from an accredited provider: we are not accredited and don't offer one, so anything in that category still needs wet ink — a director's suretyship is the usual example. And whether a particular contract is valid turns on much more than how it was signed, which isn't ours to answer. What we do add is what you can prove afterwards: a certification signature, a SHA-256 fingerprint, and a timestamp — committed immediately, with the Bitcoin anchor confirming within hours.
The contract just stays pending — nothing is assumed either way. You can resend it, chase the candidate directly, or void it and send a fresh copy if the terms change.
A tamper-evident certification signature, a SHA-256 fingerprint of the exact file, and an independent timestamp — recorded the moment it's sealed, with the Bitcoin anchor confirming within hours. Free for anyone to check at /verify, no account required.
5 contracts a month are free, forever, no credit card. Sending more than that, or want a team seat? Personal raises that to 10 a month and costs R79/month including VAT for a household of five — that is the annual rate, and month-to-month costs more. Professional adds team seats and unlimited sends; its seat rate is on the full pricing page. Either way, contracts you've already sent are never affected by a plan change.
Your next offer letter deserves a proper seal.
