I couldn't find one. Supply-Agreement-Northlands.pdf has no penalty or interest clause, and there's no addendum to it in your shelves.
If one exists, it's likely in the master services agreement it references in clause 2 — which isn't in your shelves. I'd rather say that than invent a number.
