No, and we will not pretend otherwise. An official certificate issued by Home Affairs is the original; what you hold here is a copy whose contents and date are provable. That is genuinely useful — it shows the copy has not been altered and when it was made — but it does not replace the original, and anyone entitled to demand the original can still demand it.
Only what you put on the shared shelf. Everything else in your shelves stays private to you, including from the person paying for the household. Sharing is per document and you can stop sharing any of them at any time.
Everyone drops back to their own free account and keeps every document they added. Nothing is deleted and nobody is locked out. The Personal extras switch off; the documents do not.
Yes — that is the default. A document is on the shared shelf only because somebody deliberately put it there. There is also Vault for the things you want encrypted so that even we cannot open them.
