Talk to us.
Sales, support, security disclosures or a straight question about whether KuduDoc fits what you're trying to sign. A real person reads everything that comes in.
Tell us what you need.
The more specific the better — what you're signing, how many people sign it, and what has to be true afterwards.
Sales & Enterprise
Plans, volumes, teams and whether the thing you need is live or still in build. We'll tell you which.
Home Affairs (HANIS) identity checks and background & screening checks are in build — planned as Enterprise add-ons, not live today. We will not publish a per-check price until they run.
Support
Something not working, a document that won't verify, a signer who can't get in. Send the document reference if you have one — it makes the answer faster.
The Free plan gets email support. Personal and up get priority email support. There is no paid tier that buys you a better answer — only a faster one.
Security disclosure
Found something? Please tell us before you tell the internet. Responsible disclosure is genuinely welcome — we'd much rather hear it from you.
We'll acknowledge you, keep you updated while we fix it, and credit you publicly if you want the credit. We don't run a paid bug bounty yet, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Where we are
South Africa. Documents and account data are stored on infrastructure located in South Africa — not routed offshore by default.
We're a small team in one time zone. That's why an answer usually arrives within a working day rather than in ninety seconds.

Hello: hello@kududoc.co.za
Privacy & POPIA requests: privacy@kududoc.co.za
We don't have a call centre. We'd rather say so.
There's no toll-free number, no standing 24/7 queue and no live chat widget waiting in the corner of this page. Publishing one and then not answering it would be worse than not having one, so: email is how you reach us, and a real person on a small team writes back.
What that buys you is that the person answering usually knows the system, rather than reading a script. What it costs you is that it happens in South African business hours. That's the honest trade, and it will change when we can genuinely staff something better. Enterprise agreements are the exception: support hours there are negotiated and written into the contract, because we only commit to cover we have actually staffed for that client.
