2. Period. 2.1 The lease begins on 1 April 2026 and ends on 31 March 2027.
3. Rental and deposit. 3.1 The monthly rental is R14 500,00, payable in advance on or before the first day of each month.
3.2 A deposit of R29 000,00, being two months’ rental, is held in an interest-bearing account in terms of section 5 of the Rental Housing Act 50 of 1999. The interest accrues to the Lessee.
3.3 The deposit and its interest are refunded when the lease ends, less any amount lawfully owed.
4. Condition of the property. 4.1 The parties inspect the property together before occupation and record its condition in an ingoing inspection.

Is one credit one question?
Yes, for answers the AI writes: each uses one credit, however long the document. Asking when something expires, finding a document, or a question nothing in your documents matches uses none. Making a scan searchable (OCR) uses credits per page.
